Seamus Brannigan
Founder and Director
As Director and company Principal at B|P|L Seamus is a founding member of Build Petroleum Licensing when it was established in 2020 and he has played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth and development over this past year, as a practitioner Seamus has honed his engineering and project management skills to become a respected industry figure.
With a keen interest in institutional, new commercial and commercial fit-out projects Seamus has overseen the delivery of complex M&E projects ranging from remodelling shop layouts, extensions and cao new commercial and office fit-outs.
A born collaborator Seamus is highly skilled at getting the best out of multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of fast-track fit-out projects for domestic and multinational clients.
Prior to starting B|P|L Seamus has worked with two respected independent Fuel companies with in Ireland and has vast construction experience spanning over two decades.
